A British made jelly mould made from High Impact Polystyrene. 

The capacity of the mould is 0.5 litre.

For best results it is advisable to smear a very fine film of olive / vegetable oil on the inside of the mould before pouring in the cooling jelly.

To obtain the optimum consistency it is recommended that you use 1 and a half packets of jelly.

Allow jelly to cool slightly before pouring - Do not use boiling water.

Perfect for Vodka jelly - which will make this jelly willy even more appealing!

Why not try Champagne jelly?  Money saving tip - Use Asti Spumante instead.

This mould can be used, with care, to make microwave cakes.
